What we collect

• Your account details: name, email address and company.
• Your company’s public federal registration, read from SAM.gov and SBA: UEI, CAGE, NAICS codes and certifications.
• What you enter: your capability statement, past performance, pipeline, bid decisions and saved notices.
• Basic usage information: the pages you visit and the actions you take in the app.

Why

To run the service for you, including the email updates in your settings. Nothing else.

Sharing

We use service providers to run the platform: hosting, database, email, and an AI model provider that reads solicitation documents and your company record to produce your audits. We do not sell your information or share it with other customers.

Your records

Your company records are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. We do not use them to train AI models for anyone else.

What we keep, and when we delete it

While your account is open, we keep your records so the service works.

When you close your account, we delete your account and every record tied to it: company record, audits, decisions, pipeline, saved notices and notifications.

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Copies in our database backups are gone within 7 days.

Your rights

Email support@faraudit.com to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

Changes

We will post any new version here with a new effective date.
